MISSION STATEMENT
I am currently a senior at Texas State University set to graduate in May. I am attaining a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology with a minor in Political Science. Through my studies I have focused much of my research on social justice issues both domestically and internationally.
I currently intern at a criminal defense law firm in San Marcos, TX. I have learned a lot about the legal process through this internship and I am continuing to learn more everyday. My duties at this point mainly consist of evidence review. I also assist with general office tasks, retrieving evidence, and have participated in court observations. I have plans to attend law school in the coming years and I am currently in the process of preparing to take the LSAT. For this reason, I would like to begin a career within the legal field.
